We primarily work with MNC clients who are headquartered mostly in the US, Europe, and various parts of Asia Pacific, and many more new clients from the Middle East and other parts of the world.

Our clients see us in various modes of relationships. Some see us in single-transaction mode, others see us in repeat transactions mode, while many more engage with us in preferred supplier relationships and eventually even as strategic partners.

With longer-term clients, we effectively become an extension of the client's talent acquisition and HR recruiting and search resources. This has allowed us to understand the soul and culture of our client companies and as such, we are better placed to assist them in various types of searches. Often we work in partnerships with them to develop unique recruiting and staffing solutions utilizing a combination of search and non-search solutions and methodologies. We provide what works for them.

We know where the best available candidates may be found, and we know where the best career and jobs would be found, and as responsible intermediaries, we bring the two together. Search is an international business, and we pride ourselves to be well positioned to serve our clients and our candidates either on our own or in partnerships with our associate and friends around the world. If advertised search can be likened to hunting with shotgun blasts, or fishing with giant net trawler, then search can be viewed as sniping with precision or line fishing, it takes patience, knowledge, and skills to find A right person for each role.



Candidates

Top qualified candidates are often very engaged and busy achieving their business goals and traveling around the world in their daily routines. They do not have the time or energy to glance at the roles profiled in elaborate advertisements and online job boards. Advertisements cannot reach the best candidates, because the best candidates are now looking in that direction. They need an active agent to tap them on their shoulder and to interest them in a next role and career. As such, we firmly believe that the best candidates need to be approached, attracted to and hosted into the interview process by a professional the Eximius headhunter.

Candidates have come to consider Eximius professionals as their informal and external career managers, whom they will call and seek counsel from time to time. In fact, many top playing candidates would only work via a specific preferred headhunter, and this is an acceptable common practice. You can only hire certain top players through their preferred career managers and headhunters. We think we are preferred career managers to these special people.
